You are capable of more than you know. Choose a goal that seems right for you and strive to be the best, however hard the path. Aim high. Behave honorably. Prepare to be alone at times, and to endure failure. Persist! The world needs all you can give”.
E. O. Wilson

The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark”.
Michelangelo

Aim for the moon. If you miss, you may hit a star”.

On 8th March, a group of Year 10 pupils took part in the Oxford University Pathways Programme. Pupils were given the opportunity to visit Oxford for a taste of what it would be like to study there. The programme included an introduction to higher education and student finance, interactive sessions with current students, lunch served in a college dining hall, and participation in academic activities. The programme aims to provide information, advice and guidance on higher education and Oxford to academically able students.
