Mrs Melvin’s Year 9 English group are tackling GCSE skills and questions through the novella ‘Of Mice and Men’.

Year 9 are learning how to analyse the novella through key questions and skills used on the Language GCSE Paper 1. Last week, Set 3 completed a Question 5 writing assessment based on the plot of the famous novel by John Steinbeck. This week, pupils are testing their understanding through an interactive Question Loop. Only when they find the answer to the previous question do they get to move on! Well done to the winners Keisha Lobley-Holland and Tess Lockett!
