Year 8 pupils were invited to the Britannia Stadium recently to celebrate a grant awarded to the School from Stoke City Community Fund.

USA international  and Stoke City forward, Brek Shea, met pupils and took part in a Heartstart CPR training session, led by Vicky Tufail, from West Midlands Ambulance Service.

Both national and local media covered the event.

The pupils involved were: Niamh Egan, Bethany Goodwin, Kaitlan Munro, Dolcie Litherland, Matthew Chau, Ryan Cooper, Chloe Birks, Conor Lambert, Joel Cooper, Matthew Cuthbertson, Kereece Keegans, Charlotte Booth, Elouise Bacon and  Jay Geagan.
