Year 9 pupils had the opportunity to take part in some biology enrichment when Zoolab came to CCSC.

They encountered many different species including a corn snake, a Madagascan hissing cockroach, a giant millipede and a guinea pig (which contrary to popular belief was not the biggest gerbil known to man!).

The pupils got a hands on experience handling the animals and gaining valuable knowledge of classification in their biology GCSE.

A great time was had by all.
