Year 7 pupils have been making Sock Monkeys in their Technology lessons this half term.

They have recycled old socks and filled them with wadding to form the body and long arms and legs of the monkeys. The pupils have been very creative and have used buttons for eyes and other embellishments to give their monkeys distinctive character. Whilst making the monkeys pupils developed their key technology skills in design and implementation and when the monkeys were complete they evaluated the work of others in the group.

Miss R Bateman and Mrs J Hall led this project with Year 7.
