This week, the English department took 105 year 7 students to see the New Vic’s production of The Three Musketeers. The story tells of d’Artagnan who arrives to Paris with hopes of joining the Royal guard. He soon discovers that he’ll need all of his courage to help the legendary Musketeers – Athos, Porthos and Aramis – to defeat a cunning secret agent and their villainous employer.
The children (and staff!) were blown away by the action packed sword fighting scenes, lavish costumes and everchanging scenery. It was certainly a performance that we will remember for many years to come! Thank you to everyone who came and well done again on your impeccable behaviour and conduct around the theatre. You were a credit to the school.
