What an amazing 'Community Day' we have had today! The RMS Leader’s coffee morning was a resounding success today. It was so lovely to welcome some of our parents, former pupils, the Mayor and Mayoress, our local MP Aaron Bell and other guests. Some of our talented GCSE music students provided fantastic entertainment and our former student, Molly Vincent sang for us ahead of starting her musical theatre training at Italia Conti in September. Everyone enjoyed an Easter themed quiz created by our RMS Leader, Aafreen.
After a busy morning the RMS Leaders spent the afternoon doing a community litter pick around Chesterton. Miss Owen and Mr Edgington were so proud of all the students and we had lots of lovely comments from people in the community who were impressed with our pupils. The weather wasn’t going to dampen our spirits as we collected 12 bags of litter.
Well done to all of our wonderful RMS leaders and thank you so much to everyone who attended and helped make today a wonderful experience.
