The U16 boys badminton squad represented the school at the Annual District Badminton Competition last week.

The squad consists of James Brayford, Jacob Shutt, Tom Bennett and Ross Malkin and they have played in the competition for several years now.

This year saw their best ever performance as they successfully negotiated the group stage of the competition and came through as runners up in the group.

They then took part in a play off  and won this game, to secure 3rd place overall in the competition.

Congratulations to Tom, James, Jacob (all pictured right) and Ross.
