On Thursday 5th December  the U14 boys basketball side  made it through to the quarter final of the Staffordshire County Cup.

They did so by winning a tightly contested game against Haywood High 12-10. In a fast and frantic end to the game Aaron Bellingham scored the winning basket with 90 seconds left on the clock.

The year 9 boys now  progress to play Codsall Sports College at an away game in Wolverhampton.

Well done to all the boys who took part. The boys pictured are: Aaron Bellingham, Louis Stanyer, Joe Bratt and Lewis Madeley in the back row with Lewis Danby, Ashley Lovatt, Callum Johnson, and James Lowndes in the front row. The other players were Bradley Salter and James Sanderson.
